Travel to the U.S. Without Visa
You cannot travel to the U.S. without a visa if you:
- Want to work or study in the United States;
- You intend to stay for more than 90 days;
- Have been refused a visa or admission to the US before;
- Are traveling to the US on a private plane or boat (yacht);
- Have been arrested, charged, or convicted of a crime;
- Have a medical ineligibility, such as a communicable disease, mental disorder, or history of substance abuse;
- Meet the criteria for other visa ineligibilities as defined.
