Making an Appointment to Apply for a Visa

To schedule an appointment for a visa interview or get more information, you must call:

• 807 488 472 from inside Spain or Andorra
• (011) 49 9131 772 2087 from the United States
• International access code + 49 9131 772 2087 from other countries.

This service is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Spanish time, Monday-Friday. If calling from Spain, the cost is 1,09 Euros per minute from a landline telephone and 1,51 Euros per minute from a mobile phone, including all taxes and fees.  International callers will pay 10 Euros per transaction, which they can charge to a Visa Card or MasterCard. In both cases, the first 20 seconds of the call are free. 

The telephone information and appointment line provides basic information about visa categories and the documents you will need when you apply for your visa.

What forms do I need?

I am:

• Under 13 years old or over 80 and am eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, or
• Applying for a diplomatic or official visa, or
• Applying for a treaty trader or investor visa.
