Today, please join Tere and me in commemorating the fourth anniversary of the terrorist commuter train bombings in Madrid. Let us remember the innocent victims of that tragedy. Spain and the United States share a firm commitment to prevent terrorists from taking the lives of innocent men, women, and children anywhere in the world. The fight against terrorism is difficult and has required enormous sacrifice, but the final outcome should never be in doubt.

Together let's take a moment to remember the victims of terrorism.

May God bless the United States of America and the Kingdom of Spain.
