NON-IMMIGRANT VISAS

Professionals and Academics in the Areas of Science and Technology

Professionals and academics in areas of science and technology traveling to the United States for academic, work or conference purposes are required to travel on a visa.

They are required to complete all application forms (DS-156 and DS-157) and are asked to furnish the following documents, in addition to the documentary evidence required of all applicants:

• A curriculum vitae;

• A list of publications; and

• An invitation letter from their sponsor, if appropriate.
